I was totally scammed in a nearly $60 purchase. I am so disappointed, frustrated and angry. Attached, see the adorable doll with pretty packaging and then what I received. Total fail. Is it possible to get a refund. You can GLADLY have the troll back!

Estafa total! Se hizo el pedido por unas fotografías que al parecer robaron de una web que sí confecciona este tipo de muñecas. Llegó 3 meses después, y el producto no tiene nada que ver con lo solicitado. No contestan los e-mails solicitando la devolución del dinero, ha desaparecido la web, y encima PayPal no se hace cargo de la devolución por estar hecha la transacción en enero.

I was scammed too

Ordered item Feb 2, 2022 did not receive until 3/22/22 after I requested a refund because I had not received item. They advertise handmade and customer satisfaction. These dolls should be for sale at the dollar store. The doll I received looked nothing like the one I ordered. and the legs were on backwards, I bought it for my granddaughter but I am to embarrassed to give it to her. they offered a 40% return $ 16.00 so unfair. They said I could get full refund but I had to pay for the return shipping (20% of cost of $8.00 I would return it but I am afraid I would never see my refund) and it would take a month. what a scam.

This company is advertising beautiful dolls on Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook under the premise of having to close their shop, so everything has to go on sale. These dolls are made by a legit company named Waldorf. The dolls they sell cost over $100. That’s how I was lured in. They post the beautiful doll’s pictures; you order it; they send you a counterfeit doll, cheaply made and not looking a thing like the one you thought you were getting. There are now two other companies doing this very same thing with these dolls. They are:

Shannabho

Same exact tactic. I was stupid to fall for it, but they are crooks. In my attached picture is the doll I received which looks nothing like the dolls in the store. I couldn’t post the other pics, for some reason. I have contacted this company by the email on their store. No phone number given. After a week and a half, they have still not responded. I doubt they will.

On line they show a beautiful hand made doll with a bunny in a gift box. I ordered 2 for granddaughters for Easter. Attached is what I recieved stuffed in a ups package. It looks like I should put it in the trash. I would not give it to anyone. Total scam/ rip off!!!

Someone needs to stop this guy William Wang immediately.

Purchased two of their dolls via website. They promise delivery in 15 days. It’s been over a month and no product. My account was charged for $71.98. After suspecting that I was possibly scammed, I went to find other reviews outside of their social media page (which had nice comments), I found numerous comments from others who have been scammed as well.

I saw an add on facebook displaying quality, hand made dolls. It gave a great description and showed beautiful pictures. When I received the doll, it was of cheap quality and I emailed the company and never heard back.

This address is different from what came on the package, which I listed above.
