Layssard Co. advertises beautiful handmade dolls with 100% satisfaction (as a U.S. company.) I ordered two dolls in Jan. and they didn't arrive until mid-March. The dolls were a very cheap imitation of the ones pictured on the website, really nothing like them. I immediately emailed the company to return them but the company said I needed to return them to China. They offered me a 20% refund and could keep the dolls. When I refused, they offered me 30% refund. I refused and said that I would ship them to California where they were shipped from to me. They then refused to refund me because I didn't ship them to China. I have since read on review sites that they have been getting away with this scam for years.
