This job position is an online job/ work from home job position, it’s a position of a customer service representative which require entering customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data. Tests customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data; reviewing output. Secures information by completing database backups. I believe Andrew explained more on that via the interview and job briefing , he’s responsible to guide you through the hiring process until your training periods. The training is for one week and the orientation process is for one week as well.

You stated Since receiving an offer letter, there has not been any official onboarding paperwork for I9, W4, or Direct Deposit Forms for receiving payroll. I have not been given any current information on the company current calendar…… Here is it, the HR officer sent out a soft copy of your employment offer letter to give you an authorization as an employee with us, while your onboarding process commence and during your training the training supervisor in person of Stella Monroe will provide you the necessary documentation including I9, W4, or Direct Deposit Forms which you will fill in person and submitted for prosper documentation by the HRM(human resource management)

About the business plans and calendar, the shifts> First shift 8 am-1 pm, Second shift 1 pm-6 pm and third shift 6 pm-11 pm and you can as well decide to work more hours up to 8hrs as working hours are flexible. Working hours are flexible; you can choose every day between the shifts. As for your duties, You will Earn $35.75/Hr, You will receive your pay via Pay check or direct deposit weekly. I believe all these was explained by your hiring manager in person of Andrew Juan during the job briefing.

About the start up check , it’s required for all employees to go through that process because every employee name and employee batch# will be engraved on the materials , after 90 days working for the company automatically the materials becomes your while working with us therefore all payment and receipt should be in your name reason you are required to carry out the task. Secondly there are no unknown vendors. We have our verified vendor who has all materials in stock, to make it easy for our employees we came up with means that once payment is confirmed your materials and receipt in your name will be sent to your home address.

The attached conversation between you and Andre Juan has been received you have nothing to worry about as that is the normal procedures .
