This company claims to be a lawn servicing application which sends professionals to your home. I ordered the grass cutting service. The day our service was supposed to happen we got a notification that the team was on their way. They never showed up and marked the service complete. I was charged for the mow. When I went to dispute, they offered me a credit towards the next mow. I contacted customer support and was told since I selected to receive a credit my dispute was marked resolved, even though no service had ever been performed. They then said there was a 3 cut minimum. I complained and was refunded my money and told the services were cancelled, but they never cancelled and have been charged twice more now. Not a single service has been performed. No one has cut my lawn and I have now paid for 3 lawn cuts.
