I placed an order for a vacuum cleaner on November 27, 2020 and received a verification and invoice but have not even after several attempts to contact by email received any further correspondence from the company. I do not know any other way to contact them and thusfar my credit card has not been charged, however i need to know if this was a legitimate order or not. The verification included an invoice number and invoice number. See attached
