Finally,I have gone through your application details & everything is okay by me to rent the property, i shall be doing a check up on you, to see how you are taking care of the place after you moved in & your move in date is okay by me. If anything needs to be repaired, all you have to do is contact me then, if i can get it fixed i will and if not I’ll ask you to fix it and you will deduct it from the next month rent or i refund when i come check you!
