I do not have words to express how pathetic these people are. If they are contacting you to help you and asking for money... please do your homework, they offer to modify a loan and save you from foreclosure and ask for payment when it is illegal to do so, they have been sued in Washington for practicing when they do not have a license to do so. They have stolen money from people that are in foreclosure and made promises then left them in a far worse state then they started out in. The [censored] "Richard Hendrix" who contacted us could not answer questions about the government program that we supposedly qualify for, they have 3 or 4 different addresses and they he had an email account with gmail...hmm... and Leslie Richards has a website that is "leslierichards.COM"...everyone should know that anyone can buy a .com and make a website, it doesnt mean that they are who they say that they are... and side note: the website has been unavailable for days now...doesnt seem to be very legit to me. The inital email that we received said...and yes I am going to quote:

"I can Help You! Please read these links and call me ASAP to get Help and Beware of companies that are scamming homeowners! Have a Great Day!"

A bit ironic that they are the scammers...
