They initially seem helpful with a free consultation, but as soon as you pay them, you get shifted to staff members who communicate poorly, who write letters on your behalf for the USCIS, in broken English and blatantly wrong information about you.

There's also fee after fee for things that should be free, like using their dated, clunky, specialized website.

If you explain their mistakes and ask for changes, and question the quality of the writing, they fly off the handle, become impossible to reach or get an appointment with, and eventually sent me a letter stating that they have blocked me.

Upon consulting a different immigrations lawyer, they told me that this office is infamous for grifting, and that the paperwork that was prepared for me wasn't even the correct ones for my situation, and could have lost me my legal status.

I can't get my thousands of dollars back, despite my current lawyer trying.
