My family kept getting calls from a Law office about a debt, that went past collections and now possible court cases. They had said, I had taken out a credit card in 1997. Apparently, the payments stopped in 2018 and since then the interest had accumulated to 2995.32 since then. I had to pay this debt in full or else my house would have a lean on it and ss garnished. The bank it was coming from was the first national bank of Marin. That bank has been closed since 2004. they have my social and birthday and they are making false accusations.
