Our business, which is a church, is contacted every Tuesday, around 10:30 am. The person states that they are with the Law office of _______ (I can never understand what they say) and that they are taking action against us or a person I have never even heard of. Every time I ask to be removed from their list. One woman even beat me to it. She stated, "Oh, so you want to be removed from our list?" However, today, the man on the other end w[censored]eful and rude. He yelled and screamed at me and I couldn't even speak to him once I told him to remove us from the list or that I would be reporting them. After he was done with his fit, he then proceeded to hang up on me. I called them back and all I got was an answering machine. I left a message stating that I wanted to be removed from their list and that I was reporting them to the BBB.
