I received a phone call from someone with a foreign accent that claimed to be a part of a law firm. He said I owed $1,900 and that if I didn't pay there would be a warrant for my arrest. I have never been in trouble with the law and have been disabled for the past several years. I asked them who I owed and they could not tell me. I told them I would not pay, and he said there would be a warrant for my arrest and police would come knocking on my door any day now. I told him they could come and I will tell them the same thing.
