I saw an ad on TikTok showing a cool product. I thought it would be a good idea to purchase it as a gift for my nephew I paid using Apple Pay the order was placed. 8/21 and has not arrived. I attempted to contact the company via email multiple times and have not heard back. At the time only the ball was listed in their website for purchase, now the only product is a kids stuffed animal. I think they are scamming people through TikTok ads then switching up the product
