This website is fraud. After my purchase they monthly started taking 29.99 stating its a promotional thing for their page VIP status. I had to get a new bank card. I’ve emailed multiple times and they keep saying my order is coming and it’s been 2 months.

Lavish Ivy is a scam. You will “pay” for an item and never receive it and then be charged $29.99 every month until you email them and ask them to cancel the membership you never signed up for. Their customer service tries to be nice but don’t be deceived. They say you agreed to the membership, but you never do.

Bought a dress back in November, after receiving said dress, they charged me $29.99 every month. Was able to dispute the charges with my bank. I got my money back but do not buy from Lavish Ivy they will scam you.

They hide in your purchase a terms of service that includes a subscription for their website. They continue to charge $30 per month and don’t give the client any goods or services in exchange. When trying to get refunded it is clear I am getting automated responses and they are not refunding my money. I will have to dispute the extra charges with my credit card company.

I made two orders on the Google Shop App so I thought it was legit. After not receiving them and seeing them stuck on Order Received in the Shop status, I inquired about them. They answered with some BS about a membership being canceled- I never joined any membership or canceled one. They stopped responding when I demanded my order back. This is a scam and should be removed from reputable sources like Google Shop and those in charge should be jailed.

I ordered from the company. Only received and email when the item was “shipped”. Three days passed and there was no update so I emailed. There was no response so I emailed again, still nothing. Many other persons have been complaining of this company as well.
