I replied to an ad on Facebook for an office manager for a company called lavender clean I replied the owner of the company had told me that her office was in downtown Spokane but being renovated so she needed to meet at Starbucks to do my interview owner of the company canceled interview due to having a sick child we rescheduled I went to my interview I informed her that I could not do cleaning tasks repetitive motion with my lower back due to my osteoarthritis. The owner Miranda reassured me that there would only be light cleaning because I would be managing a crew of housekeepers that would be doing the majority of the housekeeping for the site that I would be managing. I showed up my first day the owner was the only one that showed up the crew that was supposed to be there all called in that day I was trained was in a lot of pain by the end of the day cuz I had to do extensive cleaning that I told was told I wasn't going to have to the second day I showed up there was nobody there to work with me with anywhere from 20 to 30 apartments that had to be cleaned the owner Miranda stated she was going to show up at noon then at about 12:30 had stated that something had came up and she wasn't going to be able to make it to work I continue to work till 4:00 by the end of that day I was in so much pain I could barely get out of bed the next morning I informed Miranda of how much pain I was in that morning around 8:30 she said she was going to come in and help there was reassured me there was going to be people there to work I drove 45 minutes to the site to work and I was in so much pain I quit and Miranda is refusing to pay me and a few other the employees that I have talked to via Facebook Messenger since I quit and they quit.
