I went on the website to look at the puppies. Went through the contact us link put all my contact information in and then they texted me 30 minutes later after I said what dog I wanted they requested a $300 reservation fee. In this time when I sent the $300 they sent me photos of the dogs still and he kept in contact with me every single day throughout the transaction. On the day my dog was supposed to be flown in to my state(KS) from Utah. he even sent me a tracking number through a airline carrier service that I’ve never heard before and then requested for the $450 remaining of the total to be sent. After I told him I sent him the $450 the online carrier service contacted me and told me they need $800 for pet insurance for my dog to be flown. I automatically called the breeder who is sending the dog and he pretended like he was shocked after I told them I’m not paying the $800 I contacted my bank and had them unprocessed the $450 claim. It’s been three days since this and I have constantly told him I need my $300 refund and he’s responded a few times but I still have not received my refund. Do not do business with this company. I am young didn’t know better and with the pandemic going on shipping a dog sounded a lot easier than driving 16 hours. I was able to contact my airport and ask them if they’ve ever had a carrier service with this name and also if there were any flights coming from Utah that day and the man nicely responded “I have worked here for 13 years And have never heard of that service try and get your money back.”. The tog for grand total online said $600 he then told me about the $150-$200 shipping fee. So the grand total was $750 the $300 was the reservation fee for the dog and the $450 fee was the remaining cost. I only lost $300 because I was able to get the $450 back through my bank but I could’ve lost $750
