Furniture priced below retail & offered a new customer discount code, site said item ships via UPS within 3 days of purchase, NEVER HAPPENED,emailed customer service & got the run around, emailed them a second time and they just quit responding

I was inquiring about a purchase. My first indication should have been how quickly they wanted me to purchase as they said they wanted to be able to give me a prompt delivery date. The day after I purchased I noticed the agreed-upon amount was changed and raised. When I messaged them about this they said I would get the added amount back upon delivery. There was no further response after that. I made contact with them several times through email and numerous times through messaging but they would not respond. Even when asked when I could expect delivery no one would respond. I finally tracked the shipment and it said my order was canceled. I have not received my money back nor have they been in touch with me

I was on Facebook marketplace and found a TV stand made by Ashley Bolin Berg designs and it directed me to a website CC999C.XYZ to purchase this product. I Purchased this TV stand through PayPal they sent me A confirmation of purchasing this TV stand they also gave me a tracking number and when I went to the tracking number it said it it was delivered two days after I purchased the product so I believe this is a scam and I went through PayPal to get my money back and they also agreed that it is a scam. I really hope you’ll look into this and shut this down so nobody else gets ripped off by the scam scam thank you I am not sure if this company is actually in California or North Carolina the first place I saw it was in California but I looked up the company Laura and they are based out of North Carolina. The address is 201 N. Pendleton St., High Point, NC 27260. Website was cc999C.XYZ

This furniture store was advertised on FB marketplace. The advertisement said that because it was the first day of the website’s launch, all the items were on sale. I purchased several items and received shipping confirmation emails with USPS tracking codes. When I checked the tracking codes, the post office said the items had been delivered that day! Nothing ever arrived. When I attempted to contact the FB marketplace seller, his profile had been deleted. Do not buy from this store!!

Both numbers used in a scam on offerup - after payment was not able to contact either numbers and never recieved product.
