I ordered a photo personalized lamp (Two separate orders) on 12/12/2022. I wad told it would take 8-10 days to get them. It is now 12/31/2022 and still not received. I emailed them to ask about there status and they emailed me back on 12/20/2022 telling me one was shipped. I enquired again with an email to them they replied back on 12/23/2022 and again on 12/25/2022 telling me the other had shipped providing me with two tracking numbers as well which didn't work with any carriers. They would not provide me the name of the carrier. They do not provide a phone number for there company either. When I tried to contact them again through there provided contact email about having no shipping information (because they told me three times it had been shipped) they now refuse to contact me back. Read Customer Service Reviews of lorajewel.com) I see there are numerous people who have had the same problem. When I called to report this to my credit card company they told me that I was the 5th person reporting this site in a very short period of time. This site should be taken down there is alot a broken hearted, hurt and angry people who have been let down besides me.
