When I had mentioned this to her, she made odd excuses, like her printer broke and couldn't print out the pictures of my dog that I had sent to her. Therefore, that's why she couldn't connect with him. She agreed to give me a partial refund of $40.
After my 4 follow up attempts to request my partial refund within 3 weeks, she refused to give me a refund. I was scammed and paid for services that I didn't receive.
