Dryers are out of order in the Fresh and Clean laundromat but not posted. When I called to get my money back the mailbox is full.

This is a laundromat. We tried to use their machines, got charged three times because the machines were faulty. And would not drain, so we had to keep starting them over to try to get them to drain. We reached out for help, they said they’d pay for us to transfer clothes to new machines. Their method to pay for our new washers by proxy did not work so we also ended up paying again because our clothes were sopping wet and needed to finish our laundry. The owner said she’d send us a check to reimburse us but never did. I tried to reach out again and have been ignored for over a week. They stole 50$ from us in total. An insane amount for a load of laundry and utterly unacceptable service.
