https://www.lattelierstore.com/ showing as an online retail store sells women's clothing, access.... recently I placed an order, they charged my credit card the second day without sending any emails such as order confirmation or shipping information, I waited for 4-5 days but nothing been heard from them. Then I contact them asking what is going on with my order and I would like to canceled the order since I have not heard anything, then they gave me an order confirmation and a USPS tracking# said that order has shipped partially so cannot be canceled. Then I checked (many times in different days) tracking number it turns out is a fake. I have been contact them 3-4 times in last 10 days. They either don't answer my questions directly or keeping their lies after lies just try to keep the money as long as they can which lead me to believe this "company" is a scam.

A normal company will give order confirmation, shipping info (if partial shipped will gave the details, dates, updates..) or how it could be refunded, this one will give you nothing but taking your money, you will not get your stuff. And, they will NOT contact you whatsoever, you have to chase them down every day. This is not just a bad shopping experience, this is a scam! By the way, I am not even sure that they are an American company , I think it's from oversea, most likely in China ..... check their listed address in New York, probably is fake too. SO, STAY AWAY from them!!! I have warn you!

I placed an order and continued to receive pending updates on the order, the emails are in broken english, when i contact them, they keep saying the order is pending, and now I have received tons of "ad" emails from them all with tons of different discount codes, its really phishy like they are tricking you into ordering and never fulfilling. Here is the latest odd conversation I had with their customer support.

I ordered clothes from a Facebook ad on Lattelier . When I tried to contact them for a return there was no reply and no info about how to return an item.
