Due to Covid, my flight has been cancelled several times and after deciding to request a ticket refund they've refused to reimburse me and is trying to set me up with a flight rescheduled 48 hours after the case has been created. It is in their policy that a ticket refund can be issued. This company is a scam! stay away from LATAM.
