Individual, who apparently has wife and child with him, drives a brown older Toyota Camry and approaches East Nashville homeowners for services including gutter cleaning and yard work. This individual, whose last name is Collier, completed 1/5th the amount of work and ran with the money.

We trusted and tried to help and individual who said they would do a small job and remove leaves from the yard. Despite contacting, because he did give out what was apparently his phone number, the individual is unreachable.

Stay away if approached by an African-American man with caucasion wife, older child, who offers yard or gutter service in East Nashville.
