I booked a flight from RDU to Oklahoma leaving on December 24 and returning on December 28 2020. However, with the Covid 19 going on and getting worse me, my husband and my son is scared to fly now because of the covid 19 numbers going up. Therefore, I called to see if I can cancel or get a future flight. They told me if I cancel now I would get no refund which I purchased the price of our flight $ 848.88 (USD). They said that I can get a credit for up to a year but I would have to pay $225.00 so that would be $75 per person. I asked with the Covid 19 going if I would just cancel what would happen. They said, I wouldn’t get no money back. I can see charge fee but I can’t get zero dollars back. I am so annoyed by this situation it gave me a headache.
