I ordered digital graphics from www.lasofit.com. I paid by paypal and the website as well as paypal said the payment went through successfully. I received no email from the seller - though I did receive an email from paypal saying that my payment went through. I emailed the seller as the contact instructions said to but no response and no digital download given. My order says it was successful but no download link provided.

I opened a dispute with paypal and in less than 24 hours received a denied email - automatically generated - because the seller provided a fake ups tracking number and said it had been delivered.

There was no delivery and nothing to deliver as it was digital graphics.

So I called paypal directly and explained the situation. They reversed the denial and refunded my money and marked the seller as fraudulant.
