On April 30, 2020 I placed an order for an Eyelash Extension Starter Kit on an online website lashesdirect.com from a Google search. The kit was $179.99 which included 17 items not including the bag that was advertised and that the items were supposed to arrive in and an additional $10 for 2 day shipping. I received the package on Tuesday May 5, 2020 which only included 6 of the items taped in a box with a pack slip of merchandise that wasn’t in my package. I contacted the number on the website which is an answering service not customer support. A guy named Greg contacted me from a ?(480) 650-4194? line and explained to me that he will have the remaining items sent to me. Today May 8, 2020 I received 2 additional supplies which were eyepatches and tape. I’ve yet to receive anything else after i’ve paid, paid for 2 day shipping failed to receive ALL of my items within that timeframe and still waiting for the remaining supplies.
