I initially bought lashes from her during a sale in November. I recieved a confirmation email for my order, and nothing else for a month. I decided to reach out on Instagram and ask what was the delay. I assumed she may just be backed up for the holidays. I received one message back asking for my order info, so she could “look into it” and when I provided that info, I never received a response again. It’s now three months since I placed the order, and it’s apparent to me that I’ve been scammed.

I ordered a book of lashes for $22.50 (Dec.4) which I figured was a good deal, then a few days later she posted an even better sell so I ordered more on Dec.10 for $19.00. I’m a makeup artist so i saw this as a great opportunity to stock up on lashes. On my second order the address was wrong so I immediately messaged her on IG. Didn’t get a response so I emailed her. She sent a very vague email basically just thanking me for service, her email never acknowledge my address change so I emailed again. Since then I’ve emailed 3 times and dm’d her twice and gotten absolutely no response. Mind you she has all her comments off on her post as well. Then all of a sudden I get a friend request from a page that suggest she a scammer with messages from people saying they never got they orders. Yet she post consistently about orders going out but that’s definitely a lie. It’s been 3 weeks and I’ve yet to receive any type of shipping information or update on my order.

I ordered lashes from lashesbylaurend and two months have already passed by and I have received anything I haven’t gotten a tracking email neither . In her website it says that it will take 1-6 business days for us to get our lashes but it’s been two months and I haven’t gotten any kind of email saying they’re on their way the lashes are still in the same place and the owner claims that UPS lost my packages. I tried getting my money back but she doesn’t answer I believe she is taking my money and many other girl money and is scamming us and that isn’t right.
