ordered some stuff from their website and it’s been three months and i still haven’t received my items. i have texted, emailed and dm’d her a thousand times with no response.

My 16 year old daughter saw them selling fake lashes had me order they took the money from my account said they were shipping out never did when I contacted them they said that the order was being processed still nothing so I contacted again they argued with me that I had no provided proof so I sent them bank statement they said they’re going to refund nothing still order was on October 14 . So now I’m filing theft and fraud with my back and the fbi.
