I found Angela through tiktok. I live in Washington, so I decided to try her services. I got a wash and blowout, where she washed my hair with Monat, and then she persuaded me to get an oil and mask for my hair. 3 days later, my hair was falling out in HUGE clumps! I asked for my money back, because after some research, I found that Monat is NOTORIOUS for making people lose their hair. She refused to give me my money back, and said I was "just a hater". This business is an MLM hiding as a proper salon. I also couldn't find any record of Angela Welsh ever being licensed for cosmetology. SHUT HER DOWN! SHE IS HURTING PEOPLE!
