They listed on the website that their warehouse was in Texas and promised a delivery of 5-7 business days. After 10 days of not receiving my packet I contact them and they sent me a tracking # located in China and advised me to be patient. They been responding to my message but just giving me the same excuse and refusing to give me my money back.

Last communication I have they said my packet was delivered but I never received it.

They using a tracking company called Track718 but they are not providing the name of the carrier.
