Lost 650 now desperately need it back

Was told the cost was 650 for the poodle including shipping. At the time I only had 650 so I couldn’t get scammed for more, so fun. Lost the amount after I spoke to people who confirmed it was fraudulent tried to sort it with my bank and their third party money transfer system and neither could figure a way to help me now I’m puppyless and homeless sucks.

I was looking for a dog, Larry-poodles popped up. Do you have a gorgeous toy poodles or a kiss pictures of them at reasonable prices. I contacted him via email the second day he sent me a message asking which dog I would like I chose the dog I called him to ask him questions he didn’t answer but he said he’s busy I can text him so I texted him he told me the cost will be $550 for the dog plus $100 for transport I logged into my bank account and wired the money via Zell. He sent me an email confirming the dog and the number for tracking. Today I received an email from the shipping company asking me for $1580 for health insurance I contacted him Larry asking why I would need to pay that amount he said it’s a requirement because of Covid but they will refund my money . I called them out the shipping company to talk to them a person by the name of Morgan Harris insert I couldn’t understand him and he couldn’t connect me with anybody in the company when I asked for a manager he said nobody is available I went online and put in my tracking number again and there was nothing to be found I sent an email for the dog breeder asking him to step in there is absolutely no answer I asked for my refund there is no answer I would like to report them to the authorities but I don’t know where to start his name is AKERE L space ******. ********************

I went to a website larrypoodles.com and found a dog i wanted. We emailed back and forth and decided to purchase the dog. Obviously now I know its not a legit website. I did some research after the fact, was able to identify that they are going through godaddy.com. I also know they have scammed several people. I want to prevent this from happening, someone needs to shut this website down.
