I sent an email to larrobe to request the cancellation of my order prior it was shipped. I made sure it was a timely request per their policies. I am disappointed to see my order was not cancelled or reimbursed. I received 2 weeks after I sent my cancelation email an order from their site that is not the red dress I originally ordered. I received a white with pink dress.

My original request to cancel was timely per your policies. I requested an immediate refund, and if they want their item back, I asked them to send the return mailing label, as this is not my order for me to pay to send back.

Their response to this was to say they can't return the dress they shipped because it will be their loss. They ignored my multiple requests for a refund.
