Instagram add regarding anti-aging serums etc… once you select the free trial (pay shipping), the site deceptively has you select other trials. I truly believe I selected NO. The agreement states you will be charged in 7 days- 124.95 for next shipment. Which no one would need yet.

I contacted them via email the next day to get a refund for the extra items. They said I needed to call. Once I called I was already charged 124.95 twice. Again very deceptive website. I never selected yes for more shipments.

The call center is supposedly a 3rd party they eventually gave me 70% of my money back!!!

I accepted ONLY because I was worried I would never get a live person again!!
