This was a wedding dress that was purchased and not received. The bridal shop has now since gone out of business and will not refund my money. They are now requesting additional money to even place the order that should have been placed in August 2022.

In November of 2022, my daughter and I went to La Raine's Boutique to look for her wedding gown. We found her dress and paid for it in full on that day. La Raine's said they would order it through the designer and the gown should be in April of 2023. My daughter even received an email stating the gown was ordered along with the receipt. In April the gown never came in. We called and emailed many times and La Raine's NEVER responded. We got in touch with the designer of the dress and they confirmed La Raine's never paid them for the dress. So, the owner scammed me and took my money! My bank refuses to give my money back since the purchase was over 3 months ago. We had to get another dress from a different store and now I am out of the original $2128. This has happened to MANY brides! All are left without a wedding dress and scammed out of thousands of dollars. As of May 1, La Raine's posted on social media that they are permanently closed and have yet to respond to any of the brides that are affected by their scam of a business.
