I ordered a product from this company on Feb. 19. I received a confirmation email. After several weeks, I was told my item shipped. I emailed them for months asking where my product was. They keep telling me in transit. It is now 5 months later, and still no product (even though I was told they sent a replacement). They refuse to refund me, and now won't answer any emails. After some research, I have discovered they are now doing business as Hazelvista.com. They changed their name because they are a big scam.

I have had the same problem. They have said my item is ready but it’s been 5 months and STILL NO ITEM. I’m absolutely fuming. They emailed me to say they have sent a replacement out as my original one got lost in transit. How do I get my money back? I lost £25. I know it’s not hundreds but it’s the point of them scamming people. Would the police not do anything?
