Seller advertised products via TikTok and has taken customers money and not sent out the product. It has been 4 months since I’ve ordered and seller responded 1-2 months ago stating my order would be delivered soon but hasn’t responding to my other inquiries asking for an update/refund. I am aware that I am not the only one that has ordered from the seller and has not received the product nor a response with an update
