Ordered a folding rocking chair. Took forever to ship then when it “shipped” took forever to get to destination. Then never really received item like tracking number said was “delivered”. Filed claim with Paypal they took seller’s side because they were able to provide “proof” delivery was made when really nothing ever came. Explained situation to Paypal indicating this clearly had not happened and again they took seller’s side and would not refund money without proving item went to wrong address. Which I explained was listed correctly but random item was sent in place of this. Even verifying with local post office the weight of “random item” delivered clearly wasn’t the weight of item ordered and clearly could not fit inside mailbox like tracking number said they still took seller’s side and will not refund money.
