There’s an ad in Facebook for L’ange Le Duo bundle deal with a hair straightener and other products for a final total of $70.45 rather than $165 (or something like that). I’ve ordered from them one other time without an issue so I felt comfortable ordering again. But it never came. I emailed the company. They responded a week later saying sorry for the delay and “ Your satisfaction is our #1 priority, so I’m writing to make sure you’ve received your order and have no issues with it.” I responded saying a still had not received it and want a refund on 1/5/23. No response. I emailed again today and posted a 1 star review. That’s when I found out there are many 1 star reviews just like mine where they ordered the bundle but never received it.
