Ordered clothing item and shoes on December 6, 2023. Received an email stating that it was processed December 11. Never received any items from the order. I was originally under the impression that I had purchased drom the reputable Fashion Nova. Realized after consulting with a family member that it could not have been a Fashion nova purchase. Checked with Fashion Nova and they had no order history for me at all. Emails have been sent to claimsy several times and still no package. Ironically, they offered 20% my next purchase.
