Very suspicious offer to buy a property that we own. The cover letter promises quick payment via cashiers check if "Purchase and Sale Agreement" is filled out and returned. Offer valid for about six weeks.

Purchase and Sale Agreement contained a valid tax parcel number and legal description for our property and a purchase price of about 30-40% of current market values in the area. This document simply requires a signature and date and return to the sender. NO notary or any requirement that the signer is actually the owner of the property.

The listed website is basically a shell with no functionality or information provided. The contact email address bounced as non-existent.
