Same Treatment

I have had the same experience as the first paragraph above. They told me I would get a DVDVCR in some days. It didn't came and I called and got the family problem run around. Then I called and there was a problem with shipping, it had been sent to the wrong address. Then it was being sent out immediately. I e-mailed them to refund my 225.98 and haven't from them heard since. Now the phone number will not connect and e-mails are not answered. I can't contact them. Stay away from Landry Electronics, it is a scam. Joe O'Brien e-mail [email protected]

SCAM ALERT!!

They take your money, but NEVER send the promised merchandise! They will chat online and state they are having family issues. Promise that all is good and items will be shipped soon. Well it has been 2 months nothing, so again complained, promised soon, again nothing. Finally asked that money be refunded, they say "OK", again nothing. PLEASE ignore this scam and save yourself aggravation!

Scam company--NO PRODUCT

This is a scam company, claiming to be a family owned company in Houston Texas. Stole $190 for my purchase of a VCR/DVD combo. Website is still operating online but phone number is now disconnected. Fake everything. Chat by Josh unresponsive. "Brad Smith" still trying to scam--will email you if he thinks you're a new potential victim. BEWARE! Report to FTC, FBI (www.IC3.gov), BBB, in addition to this web site. Contact your bank to open an investigation for fraud. Address is a California address with active phone number but no pick up. People are still ordering from them. Received several emails from them and then no contact. No storefront. Real address: 141 E MAYFAIR AVE, ORANGE CA, 92867
Number: 714-328-0224 BBB listed a Houston address as 16822 Laguna Springs Drive, Houston, TX 77095 BBB Phoenix has a complaint listed with them as well.
