The person pretended to sell puppies, he asked for 300 dollars to start the purchasing process and 250 to put the puppy on the plane. The person was so sophisticated that he emailed me a Bill of sale contract and the tracking number for delivery of puppy to my home. I sent as he requested my drivers license Information, my address my email with the bill of sale signed and the payment of 550. I did all of that and no puppy was received. He ignored my calls, my texts. I then received a delivery Confirmation with the date and time, and still no puppy. Unable to get a hold of him again, I got a surprise text from the delivery coming saying they need 500 dollars for puppy Insurance in case puppy get sick along the way. I called that number and no one answered. I called the number to the person that supposedly sold me the puppy still no answer. Unfortunately I was unable to recover my 550 dollars due to the transaction being a transfer from bank to bank with zell. I was told next time to buy any commodities and any sale transactions through pay pal because they are stricter with buying and selling goods.
