A land title company did an incomplete deed search and phony 50,000.00 binder for me when a neighbor became violent after the 4 mile canyon fire. My property lines have moved 3 times by the neighbor after I was widowed in 2001. Boulder County's michrophice for my historic mines were destroyed. We have the accurate chain of deeds now showing a typo that was fixed three times in Boulder records. Several original connecting surveys, along with mine, all by the same company.

I dropped off the whole complete package at the county assessor. The land title co. refused to help me with a correction or schrivners deed before and after my title was fraudulently quieted. Other neighbors historic mines have been continually altered as well.
