Ordered a bike for my son $45.99. Immediately got order confirmation, a link to access my account and shipping update. The shipping update was sent Tuesday saying it was awaiting shipment. Today I clicked the link in the email to check status and it said store closed for maintenance . Cannot find a number to call. It says my payment method was PayPal but I paid debit and on my bank statement it says "Robert/PayPal" The company is run by bigcommerce which has another report with a similar claim as mine, with the product never coming and website being closed.
