I ordered a two lamps from them on 11-17-18 with shipping to be completed with 4-7 days. On 11-24, I was notified that it would be sent out in 1-3 days and supplied with a tracking number. I have never received the lamps. I have contacted them twice requesting to have my order cancelled and my money refunded. They told me they wouldn't be able to refund it because it's already in their shipping queue. When I check the tracking, it's never left the company. So, no product and no refund. I have done some research (which I should have done before ordering) and this is what they do-take the money and never ship or send people pieces of cardboard and a light bulb. On 11-30-18 my credit card that I used to purchase this with was used to purchase items from a store in California and on 12-1-18 the same person tried to buy $650 worth of merchandise with my card-which I was able to stop.
