I found this company on Facebook. They were advertising stain glass lamps. I ordered one July 22 2022, and paid for it in full. They said it would take longer to receive because of covid. After a three weeks went by, I emailed them about it, and they said that because of covid they have fallen behind. I’ve since emailed them and asked for either the lamp to be delivered or a full refund. They told me that it was turned over to their “logistics department”. I have requested a refund a couple more times and they give me the same response.
