Fraud.
On September 17,2020 i ordered a Waldorf doll with full accessories for $34.98 US. I have never received this order. I was eventually sent a cheap, small, unattractive doll that is nothing like the one I ordered. I have complained to the company but to no avail. It was done with my credit card through Pay Pal. This is for a 3 year old child that is dying of cancer. I am a senior with little money.
What should I do? Can anyone help?

I know they don't going to give me my money back but, I am going to post on Facebook what you doing stealing money from people. I am not going to waste my time calling the company or whatever. I ordered 2 reborn dolls. I paid for them $40.98 total. And I was sent two naked black dollar store dolls. They will not give money back. They offer me 5 percent and keep dolls. Just back and forth with them I want what I ordered or my full refund.

I put in an order for 3 life like silicone baby dolls. It was done through PayPal with my debit card. It took over 7 days so I began to send an email asking how long the product would take. The email seemed iffy and unprofessional. On 9/08/20. I recieved this doll below, that is nothing that was advertised on fb. It is a dollar store cheap hard plastic doll with no clothing and only one was sent. I contacted the company. The just said sorry it is not satisfactory but I could still use it right? And that they would give me a discount on my next purchase
