Went to the lakeviewpugs.com website to buy a pug puppy, found one and started the process of purchasing the puppy, $650.00 + $250.00 dtransport fee to our door. Then received an email asking for a deposit of $980.00 for a temperature controlled crate for the airline flight. It was then that I remembered that on their website they had stated this: "The puppy travels in a pressure, temperature, and altitude-controlled cargo center in the plane. This area is designated for safe animal travel and has specific airline handlers." So RED FLAG! why do I need another specialized crate? That is when I decided to cancel the whole transaction I called the number and only got voicemail, then they tried to bargain with me they would split the cost of the deposit. I emailed demanding a refund, no response, I gave them two hours to respond, they did not and now I am reporting this to EVERY entity i can. I know I am out the $900.00 and that does hurt but i am also violated and disgusted at the inhumane act of sub-humans!
