I have never received proper paperwork about the claim. They never informed me about me any of my rights the first thing they proceeded to say was court date unless i made payments immediately. The company wouldn't accept a low payment instead forced for a higher payment. Then kept harassing me over payments with emails/calls then have now started harassing my parents saying it's now a fraud department not collections agency. Everything I've read from their sites/other sites indicated their a scam. Especially since the issue dates back over 6/7 years ago and doesn't show up on my credit check.
