They keep calling on different phone numbers threatening legal action on my mother for a debit she owes, I'm her POA. Ive asked them multiple times to please mail us a bill and I will be happy to pay it. This has been going on for a year if not longer. We've never received a bill and they still call. They call very early in the morning or late at night. After speaking to "John" 4 or 5 times I found out what company she supposedly has a debit with. I spoke to the company and they let me know my mother paid her bill in full and was never sent to collections. I received documentation proving this in the MAIL so I am pretty confident this company must be a scam. I've spoke to legit creditors before and since this happened and I was able to get documentation mailed to me to prove legitimacy and all of my mothers debits are now paid in full.
