This company runs through Instagram mostly. I ordered in April 2022 . 3 months later still no shipping info or product. I contacted their support team and they gave some son story about being a new business and that my order will shipped soon. Another month later still no response, and when I flipped and asked for a refund, they ghosted me. Instagram buyers beware!

I bought a sweater and 2 toques months ago. They would contact me via email and social media. They said they had sent my parcel which never showed up. I messaged them again and they said a toque was backorderd. I said it had been several months and I wanted a refund. Now I have been ghosted and their website is now gone. I had to have all my accounts flagged.
